The minimum age requirement to rent a car is 21 years old.
24 hours.
Here are some car-rental rules to follow to ensure that everyone has a happy and safe time driving!
Inspect for damage
Complete the inspection before you begin driving. If you’re in a low-signal area you may drive up to a better 4G connection and send your pictures.
Refuel before return
For the love of car sharing and the community, let’s return the car with the same amount of petrol from before you started driving it.
Keep it clean
Like how car sharing wouldn’t exist without its community, a car wouldn’t be clean if no one tidied it up. Let’s all combine hands to keep our DOOS cars clean. If you’ve dropped a fry, pick it up and throw it away.
No smoking allowed
Smoking and vaping are strictly not allowed in a DOOS. If caught, we would not want anyone to go through a hefty fine of RM300. Need to vape or smoke? Park in a safe spot, step out, and vape/smoke away!
Return on time
We know Malaysia has its own unique timing culture (if you get what we mean), but let’s leave that outside DOOS! Please return your DOOS cars on time.
If you ever need further assistance, we’re always ready to help!
