Leasing Terms and Conditions

From here on forth, JALAL CREATIVE SOLUTION SDN BHD shall be referred to as JALAL CREATIVE and/or the AUTHORISER. From here on forth, the RENTER/ CUSTOMER/PRIMARY/ DRIVER and ADDITIONAL DRIVER(S)
shall be referred to as THE VEHICLE RENTER. From here on forth, DAMAGE shall be interpreted as any disfigurement and/or inability of the vehicle to operate in its optimal state that was not present before the
handing over of thevehicle to THE VEHICLE RENTER. From here on forth, LOSS shall be interpreted as the vehicle and/or any part of the vehicle and its contents and car keys that are not in the possession of LUXURY
CAR RENTALor THE VEHICLE RENTER in which it was originally in the possession of the aforementioned parties before the vehicle was handed over to THE VEHICLE RENTER.
Payment
A Booking Deposit is required before the confirmation (non-refundable). Full paymentisrequired upon car collection. (Cash or Card or Online transfer only). Security Depositisrequired upon car collection (Cash or
Online transfer only) and is refundable WITHIN 3 days and Keep RM500 after 11 working days after inspection. Any charges for summons or repairs for damages proven to have incurred during the rental period will be
deducted from the security deposit and the balance, if any, will be returned to the vehicle renter.
Delivery & Collection Service
Rental vehiclesshould be picked up from and returned to the same location. Delivery services will be made available upon request only and subject to charges. Delivery rates will be disclosed atthe time of enquiry or
confirmation of booking. If the customer cannot return the vehicle to the same location, he/she collected the vehicle from, an additional feewill be covered by the customer with no less than rm150/trip plus RM2.5/KM and the fee will
vary based on the vehicle.
Usage
The vehicle renter holds the responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is only fuelled with the proper fuel. RON-97 Unleaded and above Petrol ONLY for petrol vehicles and diesel for diesel engines.
The vehicle renter holds the responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is fuelled to the same level as given. Any petrol shortage will be charged deducted accordingly from the security deposit. The vehicle renter holds the
responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is NOT used for any illegal activities. The vehicle renter holdsthe responsibility for any damages done to the vehicle if itis used off the public roads. The vehicle renter is the only
person allowed to drive the vehicle. In an event where the vehicle renter allowed another person to drive the vehicle, Jalal Creative has the right to cancel the rental and confiscate the deposit.
Loss or Damage
(1) The vehicle renter holds the responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is returned to the agreed location on time in an undamaged condition. (2) The vehicle renter holds the responsibility to inform Jalal Creative Solution Sdn Bhd of any accidents, damages or irregular behavior of the vehicle immediately. Failure to do so will render the vehicle renter responsible for the repair and towing cost regardless of whether the damages are caused by the vehicle renter or others. (3) The vehicle renter is held responsible for any loss or damage to the vehicle within the rental period. (4) In the event of an accident with another vehicle at fault, the vehicle renter may opt to claim damages from the owner/driver of the vehicle at fault. (5) In the event of an accident due to the negligence of the vehicle renter, the vehicle renter is held responsible for the vehicle’s repair charges up to a maximum amount stated in accordance to the vehicle grouping (refer to CDW and Insurance). If the renter did not opt-in for CDW, the renter is responsible to pay for both the
rental fees while vehicle is in repair and the repair cost of the damages. All the repair must be done at Jalal Creative Solution authorized workshops. (6) In the event of a major accident or total lost, the vehicle renter is held responsible for the losses to the vehicle due to the vehicle being in a workshop up to a maximum amount stated in accordance to the vehicle grouping (refer to CDW and Insurance). If the renter did not opt-in for insurance, the renter is responsible to pay for both the rental fees while vehicle is in workshop or until the insurance company compensate Jalal Creative Solution for the vehicle lost and the repair cost of the vehicle. (7) The vehicle renter will be held responsible for the loss of keys while under the rental period and its replacement cost up to a maximum amount stated in accordance to the vehicle grouping
(refer to CDW and Insurance). (8) While the vehicle is in repair, the renter has to also pay the rental fees of the vehicle until the vehicle is totally repaired and returned to Jalal Creative Solution Sdn Bhd.(9)In the
event where the vehicle was too dirty (e.g. smoke, burned interior, durian, and others) and cannot be cleaned by the standard cleaning service, the renter has to pay for the extra cleaning fees.(10) In the event
where the vehicle is held by the authority, Police, Court or otherwise, the renter has to continue pay rental fees of the vehicle until the vehicle is returned back to Jalal Creative. Any damages to the vehicle after
returning will be the renter responsibility to repair. (11) Any delayed rental fees will be subjected to 10% interest rate compound monthly.
CDW and Insurance
All Jalal Creative Solution Sdn Bhd’s vehicles are insured. In the event of any major accidents which may or may not result in the vehicle being deemed a total loss, the vehicle renter holds the responsibility to bear
the costs of repairs or claims also bear the fees for rental. Jalal Creative Solution Sdn Bhd provides a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) to assistin lowering the burden of costs on the vehicle renter. Depending on the
vehicle grouping, the vehicle renter only hasto pay damages up to a certain amount asstated in the table below in accordance to the vehicle grouping. In the event of a major accident, the vehicle renter holds the
responsibility to pay damages of 100% of the base rental rate for as long as the vehicle is in the workshop and still underrepairs up to a certain amount as stated in the table below in accordance to the vehicle
grouping.
In the event the vehicle is deemed a total loss, the vehicle renter holds the responsibility to either pay for the repair cost (plus the rental fees while stopped at workshop) or pay monthly rental of the vehicle for the
next 8 months, in one upfront payment.
Accidents
The vehicle renter holdsthe responsibility to inform Jalal Creative Solution Sdn Bhd of any minor or major accidentsinstantly. Failure to do so, will result in making the renter responsible for all the damages related to
the incident. The vehicle renteris NOT allowed to engage the services of any unauthorized call-men ortow trucksin the event of an accident. Should the vehicle renter engage the services of any call-men ortow trucks,
the vehicle renter holdsthe responsibility to pay any amount asked by the unauthorized third-party call-men or tow trucks to reacquire the rental vehicle from the third-party possession. The vehicle renter holdsthe
responsibility to acquire the names and details of all partiesinvolved in the accident and witnesses. The vehicle rentershall not abandon the rental vehicle in an environment deemed unsafe to a reasonable person.
Breakdown Support
In the event of Car Breakdown, the vehicle renter may contact Jalal Creative Solution Sdn Bhd (0129221110) 24-hour helpline immediately to enable Jalal Creative Solution Sdn Bhd to assist. A replacement vehicle of
the same value may be provided subject to availability. Any damage due to the negligence of the vehicle renter such as a punctured tyre due to negligent driving, loss of keys, dead battery due to the vehicle renter’s
negligence and suchshall incur a surcharge of RM200 if assistance from Jalal Creative Solution Sdn Bhd is required. The vehicle renter shall also hold the responsibility to bear the costs of replacing the dead battery,
loss keys or damaged tire.
Rental Alternatives / Cancellation
Jalal Creative reserves the right to cancel any rental prior to commencement for any reason whatsoever. Jalal Creative may, if itso chooses, recommend an alternative vehicle to the vehicle renter, preferably of the
same category. Should the vehicle renter decide not to accept the alternative, all monetary payments made by the vehicle renter will be refunded in full without further obligation o rliability on the part of Jalal Creative
Solution Sdn Bhd. Jalal creative has the right to cancel the rental during the usage of the vehicle at any time without prior notice if Jalal Creative does not feel comfortable or unsafe. Renter can claim rental fees from the days he/she did not use the vehicle and has already paid for them. If the vehicle renter decided to cancel their rental after starting using the vehicle, the customer is not entitled for any refund for the
remaining unused days. Jalal Creative is not required to giving any refund or discount for any unused days should the vehicle renter decided to return the vehicle earlier than end of rental period.
Late Payment Penalty/Retrieval Costs
If the payment for extension on rental is not received within 2 hours from the agreed payment date, the vehicle will be retrieved from the vehicle renter and the vehicle renter holds the responsibility to bear all retrieval costs including towing, labour costs and petrol costs etc. Past due accounts are eligible to be passed to RAM Credit Information Sdn. Bhd. (RAMCI) for recovery purpose. Accounts passed to RAMCI will be listed
on their Trade Bureau database. This listing may impact the ability of the customer to secure further credit facilities. Jalal Creative will also pass the vehicle renters information to the Credit Tip-Off Service (CTOS) to
be blacklisted from further business with Jalal Creative Solution Sdn Bhd and its associates. Jalal Creative has the right to change the rental fees from monthly or weekly to daily rental rate in an event where the
customer has not paid the rental fees in full or delayed payment more than the agreed time.
Others
This aggregate applies to this current rental and all future rentals. The vehicle renter does not have to sign and agree to every new update in the terms & conditions. The vehicle renter has the right to visit our
website (doos.my) to check on the updated Terms and Conditions. This agreement will be updated from time to time. The Vehicle Renter agrees to allow Jalal Creative to contact him/her/them and use their contact
info for marketing tools. Jalal Creative will send the vehicle renter updates, promos, and others via email, sms, and other materials and the vehicle renter agrees to receive them. If the vehicle renter requires special
use of the vehicle and requires customization, Jalal Creative has the right to accept or reject before the rental. If the customer requires special use of the vehicle that is not the normal use (driving around Kuala
Lumpur and Selangor) after renting the vehicle, Jalal Creative has the right to accept or reject the required customization and the vehicle renter might be charged for their request.

Pursuant to the Credit Reporting Agencies (CRA) Act 2010 and Central Bank of Malaysia Act 2009, The Vehicle Renter, the undersigned do hereby
give consent to Jalal Creative Solution Sdn Bhd and CTOS Data Systems Sdn Bhd (“CTOS”), a registered credit reporting agency under the CRA Act to
process The Vehicle Renter’s company/personal data.
By this consent, the vehicle renter agrees that:
Jalal Creative Solution Sdn Bhd may conduct credit/trade check, CCRIS and DCHEQS checks on the vehicle renter and where applicable with CTOS at any time for as long as the vehicle renter has a trade relationship with Jalal Creative Solution Sdn Bhd or where any dues remain unpaid and outstanding with Jalal Creative, for any one or more of the following purposes:
Opening of account, Credit/Account monitoring, Debt recovery, Credit/Account evaluation, Credit/Account review, Legal documentation consequent to a contract or facility granted by you.
Jalal Creative Solution Sdn Bhd may disclose any information on the vehicle renter’s conduct of account(s) with Jalal Creative Solution Sdn Bhd, to any business entity/ies for bona fide trade checking at any time. The
vehicle renter is also aware of and understands that such information will be provided to CTOS, who may in turn share such information to subscribers of their service.
Where Jalal Creative Solution Sdn Bhd require any processing of The Vehicle Renter’s application to be processed by any processing centre located outside Malaysia (including Jalal Creative Solution Sdn Bhd Head
Office), The Vehicle Renter hereby gives consent to CTOS to disclose The Vehicle Renter’s credit, CCRIS &DCHEQS reports to such locations outside Malaysia.
Apart from the above, The Vehicle Renter provides consent to Jalal Creative Solution Sdn Bhd and the CTOS, to process The Vehicle renter’s personal data as per the PDPA Act.
Others
Upon signing this agreement, the vehicle renter agrees to all the terms and conditions in both the CTOS and PDPA consent forms. Upon signing this agreement, the vehicle renter agrees to all the aforementioned terms and conditions in this agreement.
EXHIBIT 1
Windscreen RM-(subjectto windscreen insurance coverage price)
All Jalal Creative Solution Sdn Bhd cars come with insured windscreens. In the event the windscreen is damaged within the rental period, the clientis responsible for the charges required in reinsuring the windscreen.
Smoking and Littering (RM100)
Smoking inside of all Jalal Creative cars are prohibited. Should the client be found to be smoking and/or littering inside the vehicle, a cleaning fee will be imposed and deducted from the security deposit.
Dangerous driving (RM100/ 3 times event)
All Jalal Creative Solution Sdn Bhd vehicles are fitted with numerous speed and Geo-Force sensors. Dangerous and Harmful driving may prove
detrimental to the vehicles condition and therefore must be avoided. Should Jalal Creative be notified that the vehicle be driven in a dangerous and
harmful manner, a penalty fee will be imposed and deducted from the security deposit. One “Dangerous and Harmful Driving” event shall be
defined as each individual action below,
Driving with the tachometer reading showing the engine speed (RPM) exceeding 5,000 RPM for more than 3 times.
Sudden Accelerations or Decelerations for more than 3 times.
Harsh cornering for more than 3 times.
Not slowing down for speed bumps or potholes for more than 3 times
Speeding (RM100/ 3 times event)
In accordance to Section 40 of the Road Transport Act 1987, drivers in Malaysia are not allowed to drive above the speed limit. However, for the sake of the clients driving experience, Jalal Creative allows, but does not
encourage, a maximum driving speed of 160km/h on all vehicles. Should the client exceed the allowed limit of 160km/h for more than 3 times, a penalty shall be imposed and deducted from the security deposit.
Summons RM- (subject to summon amount)
The client is responsible for any summons that shall incur during the rental period. The incurred amount shall be deducted from the security deposit.
Replacing parts RM- (subject to price of required parts)
Any irreparable vehicle parts that are damaged within the rental period shall be replaced at the client’s expense. The required amount shall be deducted from the security deposit. Alternatively, the client may
replace the parts themselves by providing the required parts acquired from authorized parts dealers and are up to the standard of quality subject to the typeof vehicle.
Damage repair RM- (subject to repair price)
Any repairable parts that are damaged within the rental period shall be repaired at the client’s expense. The required amount shall be deducted from the security deposit. Alternatively, the client may repair the
parts themselves under the supervision of Jalal Creative representative at an authorized body shop which can provide the standard of quality subject to the type of vehicle at the vehicles original undamaged state.
Fuel RM- (Subject to table below)
Every vehicle will be given to the client with enough fuel. As such, the vehicle will be required to be returned with a same amount of fuel or more as
well. Any difference in fuel amount as compared to a full tank will be charged as per the table below.

Should the client default on any payments, a Jalal Creative Solution Sdn Bhd representative shall be dispatched to retrieve the vehicle and a tow
truck charge / labour collect fee based on the distance will be imposed and deducted from the security deposit as per the table below. Distance is
calculated from Jalal Creative office in Kuala Lumpur.
